Even if you’re a work at home mom you still cannot get away with having back pain. Millions of people across the continent are affected with this health problem.   • Do Proper Body Mechanics

  2. Argh. I hate backaches! My best advice is to rest for at least 5 minutes every hour. I often do yoga stretches during my breaks and it works!
